This should have been uploaded about 5 months ago when I actually had this exhibition but hey, I'm lazy heh.
This was the installation for my final project, which was based on the Harajuku culture in Japan.
There was 3 parts to it, on the window there are the rows of paper dolls which really made an impact because of the simplicity and it looked class when the light shone through and created shadows on the floor! I chose the window because I wanted to recreate the urban background which makes the Harajuku kids stand out more.
The second was the last deviation I submitted which was standing paper dolls, which again was to emphasise individuality.
And my favourite part of all were the plushie dolls as soon as I started the project I knew I wanted to make some plushies and I'm so happy with how they turned out. They were a real learning curve too, you can tell which ones I did first and last, lol. All the dolls were hand stitched and stuffed so they all had unique qualities which I love :]
They were based on my sketches from the Fruits series and a dress up day I had, art collage is the best bant ever, heh. There's a photo of some of my portfolio as well!
I got alot of great compliments and it got me the highest mark in the class so of course I'm so proud of it!!
Hopefully as my degree goes on I can produce more stuff as good as this and I'll try and be better at uploading, heh.
OH! Another thing :B I'm gona start taking commissions for dolls and start making accessories so if you're interested or know anyone who would be let me know!!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
